8 Foot Pet Snake Missing In Duluth Neighborhood
Keep your eyes out for a slithery Northland pet. Missing posters have been put up in Duluth for a pet snake. It's an 8 foot red tail boaconstrictor that got loose. Don't worry, the owners say he isn't aggressive.
I contacted the owner, Marshawn, for details because, first, it's unusual to have an 8-foot snake on the loose in town, and second, I wanted to help him get his family's pet back.
The snake's name is Marley. But, it's not like Marley will come like when you call your dog. Marshawn told me he tried, but no luck.
It was a nice evening on May 11 when they brought Marley out to the backyard for some fresh air. Somehow he got loose and they haven't seen him since. Posters are up in the Lincoln Park neighborhood where the family lives near Exeter street.
As you can see, Marley is loved and cared for. So let's try to get him home. If you see Marley or have any information, contact the owner at 218-613-9021.
Marley's been out and about in Duluth before and has been spotted before with his family and friends. Let's hope we can locate Marley before the cold temperatures this weekend.
It's not the first time Marley has made a great escape. A while back, he was missing for a few days but was found just a couple of doors down. According to the owner, Marley isn't fast and isn't aggressive.
