Revealed: The Rudest City In Minnesota + Wisconsin
This is a list you definitely don't want to be a part of! A new study just dropped naming the rudest cities across the country.
Of course, what one person thinks is rude another person might think is fine. In this instance, Preply looked at a handful of rude public behaviors.
These behaviors include being loud in public spaces, a lack of self-awareness and lack of care for others, all weighing into this study.
There's good news and bad news here. No Minnesota or Wisconsin city made the top ten but one city from each did make the list of rudest cities.

Which Minnesota City Is One Of The Rudest?
The good news is that it is not Duluth! Duluth did not make the list. Instead, it is Minneapolis representing here, coming in at number 45 on the list of rudest cities.

Minneapolis got a 6.35 score on this study's 'rudeness' scale. Noticing others ignoring people, having closed-off body language and being mean to wait staff also were factors considered in this study.
What About Wisconsin?
Higher on the list we have Milwaukee, coming in at number 41 on the list of the rudest cities in the country. Milwaukee got a 'rudeness' score of 6.89 in this study.

This isn't too surprising, as I feel like Milwaukee always gets a bad rap. I have never been there so I can't speak to if the people living there are rude or not!
This might be an unpopular opinion but I have been to Minneapolis a million times and feel like, for the most part, everyone there is nice. At least Duluth and Superior didn't make the list.
