It's Cinco De Mayo week! C'mon, we don't really have to keep our festivities to just a single day, do we?

Now that we've established that, Cinco De Mayo week means that people in Minnesota should be eating tacos, burritos, nachos, and whatever their favorite Mexican foods happen to be.

Of course, you'll want to wash all of that goodness down with your favorite tequila. Now, while I like to sip on a nice Añejo tequila, I also love margaritas, and it appears that I'm not alone.

Margaritas are incredibly popular, holding the top spot as the most-ordered cocktail in the United States, with a significant portion of Americans identifying margaritas as their favorite cocktail.

If you love to make your own margaritas, below are 4 of my favorite mixes you should have at your house for amazing cocktails you can make quickly and easily. Just add tequila!

4 Amazing Margarita Mixes That You Must Try

Whether it's Cinco De Mayo, National Margarita Day, Taco Tuesday, or a random Monday, tequila and margaritas are never a bad idea! I know that margaritas aren’t that hard to make from scratch, and I enjoy doing that, but sometimes it's just cleaner and easier to buy the mixes and just add your favorite tequila.

However, there are countless mixes available, but not all are created equal. Tequila is my favorite spirit, and after years of enjoying it in margaritas, here are 4 of my favorites that I think you’ll also enjoy.

All of these work with just about any tequila and are available at most liquor stores and online. If you are pouring tequila into a mix, you don’t have to buy a $50 bottle of Don Julio, but you should still get something you like. I stay away from basic Jose Cuervo at all costs, but that’s just me.
