The Minnesota Marshmallow takes the average marshmallow up a notch, creating gourmet marshmallow treats by deep frying them and adding mouthwatering toppings.

Now, the business is hitting the road: they are debuting their brand new mobile food trailer this weekend so you can stop to get a treat in person.

The Minnesota Marshmallow Makes Big Debut In Duluth Easter Weekend

The business has their treats all over the Northland, from the Sheraton Duluth Hotel to the Minnesconsin Merch store. Now, you can follow them around northern Minnesota as they pop up with their food trailer.

They are making their big debut, which is two years in the making, at the Lake Superior Zoo's Easter Egg-stravaganza event this weekend!

What Can You Get At The Minnesota Marshmallow?

The trailer is called the Deep-Fried Marshmallow Dessert Trailer. For opening weekend, they will have three different types of marshmallows available: Sea Salt Caramel, S'moreo and Cinnamon Vanilla. WOW!

The trailer is also all about supporting other local businesses, and will be offering Mike & Jen's hot cocoa and Duluth Coffee Company coffee.
