My First Experience At Asia Mall In Minnesota Did Not Disappoint
I stopped at the Asia Mall in Minnesota for an experience I did not expect. From several different food options, to a supermarket and more, the Asia Mall was a fun stop.
I found myself in Eden Prairie for my daughter's dance competition this past weekend. One thing I like to do when I'm out of town is to eat at a place that we don't have in Duluth.
A quick Google search of restaurants nearby lead me to a place called CrunCheese Korean Hotdogs. I've seen Korean Hotdogs take the TikTok world by storm and knew I needed to try it out.
I punched in the address and off my family went. I didn't know that the Cruncheese location in Eden Prairie was inside the Asia Mall. The one-stop shop is located in the old Gander Mountain location at 12160 Technology Drive.
Here I was thinking I was stopping for Korean Hotdogs, and yet there was so much more to explore. According to their website:

I know I went in for CrunCheese, but Hot Pot City was calling my name. Hot Pot City is a Korean BBQ place where you can "cook to your own perfection". It looked like so much fun, but there was a line down the hallway.
At CrunCheese, their mission is to "create gourmet Korean Hotdog in unique combinations, unlike anything a corndog had ever experienced". I ordered the Potato Mozza, which is mozzarella cheese coated in batter, and potato cubes. I almost got squid ink, but wasn't brave enough this time around.
You can also get sauces on your dog from sweet chili, to ketchup, and more. I went with a garlic parmesan sauce that I thought paired perfectly. SnowBing, which serves up Korean shaved ice in the same location. My daughter ordered cookies and cream, and it was so good.
There were also claw machines for the kids to try their hand at cute stuffed animals, and a cotton candy kiosk that served up a variety of cotton candy. The biggest thing that blew my mind, was a robot delivered food at one of the restaurants:
The Asian market was also really cool to walk through. I even got a variety of snacks to try on the MIX 108 Morning Brew with Nick that I'm excited to try. Overall, I would give my experience a ten out of ten and will definitely go back. Asia Mall opened up last year, and exploring different flavors was such a fun time.
