As COVID-19 continues its quick spread across the Northland, the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa has approved a mask mandate of their own.

Gabriel Iglesias is one of the most successful standup comedians around and is returning to the Northland in August at Black Bear Casino.

There is not an end date in place for the policy.

The closure will begin at 5 p.m. Wednesday and will last at least two weeks.
