Duluth Salvation Army Accepting Christmas Assistance Applications

If you, or someone you know could use some help for Christmas this year, the Duluth Salvation Army might be able to help.

They are currently accepting applications for their Christmas assistance program, the sign-up is open until Wednesday, November 25th in person weekdays from 1 PM - 4 PM at 215 S 27th Ave W. Applications will also be accepted online here.

Duluth Salvation Army is providing Christmas dinner and gifts for kids 16 and under, they are also able to provide a Christmas dinner basket for those households without kids.

If you plan to apply in person, keep in mind that only one person per household can visit, and masks must be worn. They also ask that you dress warm as you may need to wait outside for safety if their building is at capacity.

If you are coming into the office, be sure to bring an ID, proof of current address, and IDs of all others in the household. You can get more information about what will be accepted for identification and proof of current address here.

All the Christmas dinner baskets and gifts will be delivered between December 14th through December 18th.
