Located in Washington County and with a population of 376 according to to the U.S. Census, this Minnesota small town comes in at 15. The average home is $599,672 making the property tax $6,132.

14 - Elko New Market

You can find this city with a population of 4,846 in Scott County. The average home is priced at $462,315 with a property tax of $6,357.

13 - Lake St. Croix Beach

Another town in Washington County. On 640 acres of land, you'll find a population of 1,030. The average home value is 597,500 making the property tax $6,534.

12 - Byron
