Former Epic Restaurant Location Has Been Sold With Familiar Business Taking Its Place
Foodies, get ready to be excited. There's a new restaurant coming to Superior, and it's one that many people are familiar with.
The building was most recently the Epic Restaurant, which closed years ago.
The location is 3223 Tower Avenue in Superior. Before Epic, it was Joe's Pagoda, a Chinese restaurant. Before that, it was Cronstrom's Supper Club, which people still talk about years and years later.
It was listed for sale most recently by Mike Raivala with RE/MAX.
I saw a rumor on Facebook that a new business would be going into the building. I reached out to one of the realtors in the transaction, Jody Mattinen with Adolphson Real Estate. She confirmed that Pedro's Grill and Cantina will be opening another restaurant in the location.
Many people are familiar with Pedro's Cantina and Grill. It's a popular restaurant that many drive to from the Twin Ports. Owner Erika is planning on doing some remodeling and hoping to open next month.
It will be nice to see the building occupied, and more choices for eating out are always welcomed.
Pedro's is an authentic Mexican restaurant that has been a part of Cloquet for many years. They recently changed locations in Cloquet and moved a few blocks down the street.
