Harold’s Fiasco Events In Carlton Raise Over 45K For St. Jude
We could all use a little good news on a Monday, so it was the bright spot of my morning when I saw that Harold's Fiasco events raised 45,500 for the kids at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Harold Ankrum and his friends and family have been raising money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for decades. This year was one of their biggest fundraising years!
It started with Harold's Flipping Flapjacks pancake feed at the Four Seasons Sports Complex in Carlton last spring. Then there was the annual golf outing (Harold's Fiasco) that took place in August. The final fundraiser for 2026 was Harold's Hog Fest on September 12th.

This was a difficult year for Harold and his family. They said goodbye to Harold's wife, Cheryl, who died after a courageous fight with pancreatic cancer. Even while taking care of Cheryl and dealing with the tremendous loss, Harold and family, and friends were determined to keep raising money to help kids with catastrophic illnesses at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
