The popular 'Eggstravaganza' event is returning to the Lake Superior Zoo at the end of the month! It is the perfect activity to bring your kids to and a great way to see some of the animals, too.

SIGN OF SPRING: West Duluth Dairy Queen Opens For 2024 Season

The event happens every year as a fun way to usher in spring in Minnesota! The event has it all and takes place on Saturday, March 30th. There will be food, activities and of course, the chance to spend time at the Northland staple.

What Activities Will There Be?

There will be a ton of family-friendly activities at this annual event, including but not limited to the following:

  • A bunny photo op
  • Egg hunt with prizes
  • Face painting
  • Coloring contest
  • Arts and crafts
  • Food trucks

How Much Are Tickets?

Tickets are $15 per person ages three and up. Tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred. Save your confirmation email as that will be your ticket when you arrive at the zoo. Kids two and under get in free.

If you are a member, you get into this event for free! All you have to do is bring your membership card and ID when you get to the event. Tickets purchased the day of the event are $18 bucks.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

The event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Members of the zoo can get in one hour early at 9 a.m. You can read up on becoming a member or event sponsor via Lake Superior Zoo's website.
