The other day I reported that Tavern 105 in Superior is for sale, now another restaurant is up for sale in Duluth.

La's Family Restaurant located at 5671 Miller Trunk Hwy is for sale, according to the listing, the 3,145 SF building built in 1963 includes everything you need to operate your own eatery.

La's Place is located right near the Pike Lake Corners, and they say the high visibility  location would make a great location for an office, a retail store, or keep it as a restaurant, the listing says that the owners, who are retiring, are willing to leave all the equipment in place.

The property has 105 FT of frontage on Miller Trunk Hwy and includes 20 parking spaces. The listing price is $385,000 and is being handled by Greg Follmer Commercial Real Estate.

Like many restaurants across Minnesota, La's Place Family Restaurant has spent months over the last year closed and at restricted capacity due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

La's Place serves up homemade breakfast, lunch and dinners and currently has a 4.4-star rating on Google, with people saying things like "It's a nice hometown family restaurant", and "The food is amazing feels like home. The servers are worth knowing and tipping. They don't overcharge for good service n good food."
