Popular Twin Ports meteorologist Adam Clark is leaving Minnesota to "go home."

Home is Columbia, SC where Clark says he started his TV career at WIS TV now he'll be returning to be the morning meteorologist their.

Clark said in a Facebook post, "Both my wife and I's families are scattered about South Carolina, so it's a great central location to be able to see them more often, while still getting to do what I love."

Clark has been a meteorologist at KBJR for the past 9-years and he says that he has, "thoroughly enjoyed forecasting here and have made some wonderful friends."

Clark's last day at KBJR will be on June 15th. No word on who will replace Clark, so stay tuned.

Here's a great video on YouTube I found of Adam that clearly wasn't meant to be aired, but accidentally was. Good luck Adam on your new adventure and we wish you well.
