The 2021 Duluth Polar Plunge is Saturday, March 27, returning to last year's 'new' location on the harbor side of Park Point. As hundreds of brave individuals dive into the icy waters of the Duluth- Superior Harbor in support of Special Olympics of Minnesota, we will have a live video stream of the event right here!

You'll be able to see all the action live from the Park Point in a live video on this page. Bookmark it and share it with your friends and family so they can watch live. Then, come back after and watch the recording of the plunge right here, available shortly after the plunge is over. Our live stream will go live at the top of this page before plunge time (approximately 11:30 am), with the plunge itself set to start at 12:00 pm. Once the broadcast is complete, you will be able to view a recording of the plunge above.

The Polar Plunge is a statewide effort among Minnesota police departments and community organizations to raise funds for Special Olympics of Minnesota. The Duluth event consists of a 5K run on Saturday morning, and the plunge on Saturday afternoon.

Until we go live, you can watch the 2020 Duluth Polar Plunge here:
