Garth Brooks knows just what we need right now: live music! Obviously, we can't have that due to COVID-19 so this is the next best thing.

The country legend announced just the other day that he would be hosting a special one-night-only virtual concert at drive-in theater locations nationwide Saturday, June 27th. The show was recorded just for this event and will be broadcast across theater screens as fans enjoy the show from their cars. (We still have to social distance, after all.)

So where exactly can you catch this once-in-a-lifetime concert? In Minnesota, you can catch the show at the following locations:

  • Elko New Market at the Elko Drive-In located at 26350 France Avenue
  • Luverne at the Verne Drive-In located at 1607 South Kniss Avenue
  • St. Cloud at the Crossroads Center / Cinema Pop-Ups located at 4104 West Division Street

Wisconsin theaters will also broadcast the show at the following locations:

  • New Richmond at the River's Edge Drive-In located at 1820 Raleigh Road
  • Chilton at the Chilton Twilight Drive-In located at 1255 East Chestnut Street
  • Waukesha at the Majestic Cinema of Brookfield located at 770 Springdale Road
  • Freedom at the Field of Scenes Drive-In located at N3712 WI. 55
  • Chippewa Falls at the CV Drive-In located at 225 Edward Street
  • Monroe at the Sky Vu Drive-In located at 1936 State Route 69
  • Oak Creek at the South Shore Cinema located at 7261 South 13th Street

Note that more theaters could be added to the list before tickets go on sale Friday (June 19th). We will continue to update the lists above.

Tickets to the show will cost $100 dollars per vehicle. Only 250 to 300 tickets will be available per drive-in theater.

Times for the concert vary slightly depending on location. Make sure to double check times and information when purchasing tickets so you don't miss out!

All guests will have to adhere to CDC guidelines at the event, including maintaining a distance from others when entering or exiting your vehicle, using hand sanitizer and carrying a mask with you.

In true Garth fashion, the show will be record breaking as it aims to be the biggest one-night show to ever play at outdoor theaters across the country. Tickets go on sale at 11 a.m. on Friday (June 19) - you can purchase tickets to the event here.

B105 had the chance to talk to Garth Brooks before his big show at U.S. Bank Stadium last year and if that concert was any indication, you know this is going to be the best time ever!
