Kevin Garnett Through The Years From NBA Star to Movie Star
Kevin Garnett, "The Big Ticket", KG, whatever you want to call him, is one of the biggest sports legends in Minnesota and is now actively trying to buy the team which started it all for him.
As the 5th overall pick in the 1995 NBA Draft, the Minnesota Timberwolves selected a young, just out of high school, Kevin Garnett. KG went on to play 12 seasons with the Wolves, but they could never give Kevin what he really wanted, an NBA Championship.
Garnett won the 2008 NBA Championship with the Celtics and has won just about every basketball award over his 21 season career in the NBA. He eventually returned to the Wolves in 2015-2016 and retired as a Timberwolf.
'The Big Ticket' now has his eye on buying the Timberwolves from longtime owner Glen Taylor as part of a group of investors looking to shell out over $1 billion for the franchise.
Let's take a look back at KG through the years, as a player, All-Star, Champion, and actor.
