Based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control, Super One Foods is having staff wear face coverings and they're requesting that all customers do the same.

They posted the request Tuesday on their Facebook page:

You may have noticed our staff members are now wearing face coverings.
We would like to request customers to please consider wearing a face covering as well - when possible - while shopping with us.
The CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings, such as grocery stores.

This not only helps protect you from exposure to COVID-19, but it also protects their employees who spend extended amounts of time inside the store working to keep food available to for the Northland.

They also offer the following tips for grocery shoppers:

  • Plan your shopping trip to be quick and efficient
  • Limit socializing
  • Limit one shopper from your family when possible to allow more space in aisles
  • Protect yourself, your family and their staff by practicing social distancing.  A good gauge to keep in mind is that 6 feet of distance is the length of 2 shopping carts.
