Now that J.J. Watt is free to join any team in the NFL, Culver's is using the power of the butter burger to convince the star to join the Packers.

Last week the Houston Texans surprised NFL fans by releasing J.J. Watt and teams are lining up to try and land the free agent. Ed Werder of ESPN says that about a dozen teams have reached out to Watt's management expressing interest in the three-time Defensive Player of the Year recipient.

Bill Huber from Sports Illustrated reports that the Green Bay Packers are one of the teams trying to land Watt. Not only is Wisconsin Watt's home state, it's the home of Culver's and the restaurant is reminding him that there are a lot of locations in the state.

On Friday Watt Tweeted that a Culver's was being built next to the training facility he's at in Arizona, Culver's replied to the tweet to remind him that there are 142 locations in Wisconsin.

At this point in his career Watt would probably want to play for a team that's ready to make a run at a Super Bowl, and with Aaron Rodgers slinging the ball in Green Bay, every year has that potential.

Watt grew up about 130 miles from Green Bay, played football for the University of Wisconsin, and rooted for the Packers for much of his life. So one can imagine that playing ball for the green and gold would be a dream come true, and hey, butter burgers daily!
