The State of Minnesota has launched a new tool to help connect people with the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Minnesota COVID-19 Vaccine Connector will help people find out when, where, and how to get a COVID-19 vaccine. To use the new tool, visit here and fill out some information and the tool will let you know when you are eligible to receive a vaccine, resources to schedule a vaccine appointment, and send you a notification if there are vaccine opportunities in your area.

There is no need to sign up for the vaccine connector if you have already gotten your COVID-19 vaccine, if you previously registered for the COVID-19 Vaccine Pilot Program or the COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program, or if you completed the Minnesota COVID-19 Vaccine Education and Child Care survey.

“We still have a frustratingly limited vaccine supply from the federal government, but every Minnesotan should know their chance to get a vaccine will come. Today, we are connecting them directly to that process,” said Governor Walz.

If you're in the group of people already eligible for the vaccine, those 65 and older,  school employees, daycare workers, and long term care employees and residents, don't have to wait to get a notification, the state says if you get an opportunity to get the vaccine, do it.

If you are not currently in the group of eligible people to get the vaccine, your name will remain on the list and the state says you'll be notified about your COVID-19 vaccine eligibility as vaccine supply increases in the weeks and months ahead.
