Minnesota Restaurant Owner Taking Curbside Pickup To Next Level
This is the happiness we need during COVID-19. One Minnesota restaurant owner is taking curbside pickup to a new level.
The fun takes place at the Iron Tap restaurant in Waconia, Minnesota. Because the eatery is closed to dine-in customers like the rest of the state, the owner decided to make their curbside delivery service something to remember. How? By donning costumes of every kind while delivering food to the customers in cars.
Thankfully, the restaurant's employees have been sharing all of the shenanigans on their Facebook page. A glance through their feed shows the employees truly have worn costumes of every kind: Darth Vader, a gorilla, an astronaut, a dinosaur, a unicorn and the list goes on.
Check out my favorite costume below:
Ha!! This is not only a hilarious way to greet customers but it also a great way to stay in business. Who doesn't want their food delivered by a person in a dinosaur costume?
The Iron Tap Restaurant is located at 140 West Main Street, about three hours from Duluth. Who wants to take a road trip?!To see a list of Twin Ports restaurants open for takeout and delivery, click here.
