TORONTO (AP) — The Ontario government says frequent travel between the U.S. and Canada is the complicating factor that's holding up approval for Major League Baseball to play in Toronto amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Ontario's Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Sport says the fact that more travel is required between the U.S. and Canada has complicated the situation unlike the NHL or NBA's hub city approach. Baseball's plan is to have all 30 teams traveling.
